I'm also feeling grateful that we are feeling better. D and I have been trading sickness for the last two months, and we are both ready to being feeling better. I have some quilting to do!
Quilting:
- Lainey's Ladybug: I finished the top last month, now I need to finish it up and gift it. The recipient just figured out it was for her and can't wait to give it to her daughter.
- Stella's quilt: finalize design and start. I'm having such a block with this one. This quilt is for a friend who lost her baby girl at birth. I want to make a quilt out of Stella's onesies, but I don't want to cut them because that doesn't feel right to me in this case. Any ideas?!?
- Charity quilt: Brutus. I'm nearly done with the top. I'm not loving couple of the pixels, so I'm considering making a few swaps.
- Charity quilt: campers
- Wedding quilts: design quilts for J&T and E&J. J and T got married last weekend. I knew I wouldn't finish their quilt before the wedding, but I made the first block on their wedding day. My heart wants to work on this quilt, but I really need to finish up my other UFOs first.
- quilt from Dare to Be Square
- Bee Hive 2017: complete May block
- Milky Way Quilt along: complete May block
- Hexies: total of 100
- Start free motion practice blocks
Sewing:
- Weighted blanket for Niels
- Make second magnetic fidget
- Sketch out rocket blanket
- car poncho
- make a sewing apron
One Monthly Goal is...
Finish pixelated Brutus. He's taking up my design wall, so it's time for him to get finished!
That looks like a fun quilt :)
