I've been trying to think of something fun to do in D's bathroom. There's a big empty space between the main door and the door to the water closet.
I wanted to find something fun, that would fit both our three-year-old, and our exchange student, who is sixteen.
I found this idea on Pinterest and thought it was really cute. I was hoping to find some printables, but alas, the link went to photo someone pinned from Facebook and didn't source.
I'm no graphic designer, but I figured I could come up with something similar on PowerPoint. (Look away, artsy people!).
I was able to test out our new printer when I printed them out.
I found four matching black frames to use. (I would have preferred white, I think, but D was napping so I used what we had around). The glass was pretty dirty after being packed for the last nearly two years, so I had to clean the glass first.
I used the glass as a straight edge with my Xacto knife to cut the print to size.
Rinse. Lather. Repeat.
Framed.
I set them against the mirror for the time being.

One of my friends found at Etsy shop that sells prints like the one in my inspiration photo. Click here for WallFry's Etsy shop.
I tweaked this wall a little bit. Check out the new chair rail photo gallery.
