Pantry Plans

Last night I spent a few quiet hours waiting for the ball to drop browsing my favorite home idea sites trying to find a solution to our pantry issue. The furniture I thought would fit does not work as well as I hoped. It will work for now, if needed. But since we can repurpose the furniture elsewhere, I was brainstorming an ideal solution. This is what I came up with. 

Basically, what I love is:

• making the most of the large and tall space
• 12" shelves for my bulk items
• framing in the freezer
• planning for our puppy
• paint behind the shelves (we'd do SW Oyster Bay to match the kitchen)
• chunky wood shelves
• clean, modern look (though I wouldn't mind molding to match the kitchen on top)

Now to price it out...
