It's pretty exciting to see everything safe in the house. D is pretty excited about all the great fort-building materials.
In other news, the tile crew was working on the mudroom, and the cork guy was prepping the kitchen and dinette to put the cork floor down. I'm so excited I could burst!
***Post-script***
I was looking forward to going back down tonight to see the cork, but since D lost his dinner, we'll be bathing the child instead. Sigh. Hopefully he's up for a trip tomorrow to see the cork and counter tops go in. Print this post
Congrats on the new home and the brand-new appliances! Shopping for appliances is the fun part; maintaining it to make it last for at least 5-10 years is the challenge.
