Preliminary dig date - July 12, 2011

Yesterday we met with our builder and have gotten a preliminary dig date: July 12, 2011. Earlier yesterday the sewer permit was pulled after a little mix-up with the actual address was cleared-up (not uncommon for new construction) and the application and compliance deposit for the HOA was filed. With the topographical survey completed and the lot stacked it is just the actual city building permit left (which includes the ability to place the dumpster and cut the curb for the driveway).
